Thinning out white radishes

Along with bug hunting we thinned out some white radishes.
Thinning out is very important process in raising vegetables as you know. It can secure and distribute nutrition for more prospective plants.

We don't throw out thinned out radishes. They can be cooked in various ways. They would be sliced and added to salad, boiled, or pickled.

I wonder what dish my wife will cook tonight and I'll show you that on this blog later.

They look very delicious! I have to do some thinning of my own too. My lettuces and komatsunas are over the top
